| POPULAR AVIATION MAGAZINES, We have a complete run of 161 issues from August, 1927, (Volume 1 #1) through December, 1940 (Volume 27 #6). The title changed to Flying and Popular Aviation in October, 1940. The words Popular Aviation remained in the title until September 1942, when it became Flying (which is still being published today). The first issues (August 1927 through June 1928) are bound with covers. the year 1931 is bound without covers. The other 138 issues are loose. All of the issues are complete (pages & covers) The following exemptions: 1928, September - coupon clips on pgs 61 & 63 1929, March - no back cover 1930 August - a piece of the front cover (3" X 5") cut out 1933, January - page 31/32 missing | $2,100.00 (Shipping weight is 60 lbs.) | AERIAL AGE WEEKLY MAGAZINES Aerial Age Weekly began publishing March 15, 1915. The last issue was published (as a monthly) in July 1923. We have 220 isues, the first being March 22, 1915 (Volume 1 #2 and the last being June, 1923 (volume 16 #6), the next to the last issue. | AIR CORPS NEWS LETTER - 1940, a magazine published b-weekly by the War Dept., descrbing Air Corps activities at various bases, personnel notes, lists of flying cadets & helpful articles on flying abilities such as instrument flying.
